Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2026. Br9lo Hosting Infrastructure Agreement.

1. Acceptable Use Policy

Br9lo Hosting provides free and VIP game server instances (SA-MP, open.mp, CS 1.6, MTA:SA, Terraria). Servers must not be used for outbound DDoS attacks, crypto mining, botnets, or illegal activities.

2. Resource Allocations & Fair Use

Users must adhere to assigned CPU, RAM, and port allocations. Any automated scripts designed to bypass fair-use quotas or disrupt node operations will result in immediate termination.

3. Account Renewal & Lifecycle

Free servers require periodic renewal verification. Abandoned instances with expired credits will enter automated suspension to preserve node capacity for active players.

4. Service Availability & DDoS Filtering

All nodes feature hardware anti-DDoS filtering (OVH VAC). We maintain high-availability standards but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime during severe upstream maintenance.
